FEED-Jet: New dimension of face milling
The new FEED-Jet multiple-tooth cutting system developed by LMT Kieninger opens up entirely new dimensions of face milling with aluminum materials. The new product complements LMT Kieninger’s existing 3-D, 2-D and 1-D inserted tooth milling cutter systems. Featuring a higher number of teeth, the FEED-Jet meets all the prerequisites for maximizing efficiency during the cutting process.
A minimum number of components combined with the ultra-precise milled cutter body guarantee swift and easy tool adjustments.
Exact μm fine-adjustment in axial run-out combined with a high number of cutting edges translates into the highest quality surfaces without burrs. In addition to this finishing and semi-finishing tool, the FEED-Jet plus system also covers the roughing process.
